Triton Trojans (Bourbon, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays (North Judson, IN), 40-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Triton upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Trojans host Argos (Argos, IN) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Argos lost 54-44 in their recent non-league bout against Churubusco (Churubusco, IN)

Next up, the Bluejays clash with the Pioneer Panthers (Royal Center, IN) in a Hoosier North bout, on Thursday, February 1. North Judson-San Pierre will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 56-48 non-league loss to South Newton (Kentland, IN).
