In Saturday's non-league outing, the Victory Christian Center Kings (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad nipped the host Northside Christian Academy Knights (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 1-0.

The Kings (21-7) will now prepare for their outing against Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 15-13 record. In their last outing, Gaston Christian got by Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC), 75-64, in a league outing.

The Knights now own a 21-11 record. They play next when they travel to United Faith Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Monday, January 29. Northside Christian Academy will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 61-56 non-league win over Milton (Milton, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 20-6.
