The Olive Wildcats (Drumright, OK) basketball felled the visiting Oilton Panthers (Oilton, OK), 58-50 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (5-16) will now prepare for their test against Davenport (Davenport, OK). The Bulldogs go into the Freelance test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, Davenport thwarted Carney (Carney, OK), 59-51, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 10-11 record. They play next when they host Depew for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 30. Oilton will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 48-35 non-league win over Yale (Yale, OK). The Hornets record now stands at 12-7.
