With the victory, Veterans improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Warhawks host Tift County (Tifton, GA) to confront the Blue Devils in a AAAAAA Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 10-10. Tift County won 44-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Sumter County (Americus, GA)

Next up, the Panthers confront the West Laurens Raiders (Dexter, GA) in a AAAA Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Perry will attempt to improve on its 5-16 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 2-17 record after their 91-64 non-league loss to East Laurens (East Dublin, GA).
