Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL) and the host Moline Maroons (Moline, IL), saw Alleman's basketball squad wallop Moline by a tally of 60-35.

With the victory, Alleman improves its record to 23-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Riverdale (Port Byron, IL) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 19-4. Riverdale won 49-28 in their recent league challenge against Orion (Orion, IL)

Next up, the Maroons confront the Rock Island Rocks (Rock Island, IL) in a Western Big 6 challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Moline will attempt to improve on its 5-19 season record.
