Alabama High School Basketball - Thomasville can't hold off Clarke County

The Clarke County Bulldogs basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting Thomasville Tigers to 36 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monroe County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Clarke County will battle a Tigers team coming off a 51-30 non-league win over Hillcrest (Evergreen, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 16-1.
The Tigers (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Southside (Selma, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Southside nudged Ellwood Christian (Selma, AL), 46-35, in a non-league contest.
