High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Hopatcong Chiefs (Hopatcong, NJ), 50-19 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, High Point upgrades its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Parsippany Hills (Parsippany, NJ) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 4-11.

Next up, the Chiefs play the Whippany Park Wildcats (Whippany, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Hopatcong will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 46-18 non-league loss to Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ).
