The Ronan Chiefs basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Libby Loggers to 21 in the Chiefs league triumph on Saturday.

The Chiefs now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitefish for a A Northwest contest on Thursday, February 1. Ronan will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 63-26 league loss to Browning (Browning, MT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-7.

Next up, the Loggers play the Columbia Falls Wildcats (Columbia Falls, MT) in a A Northwest bout, on Thursday, February 1. Libby will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 51-34 league loss to Bigfork (Bigfork, MT).
