In their next game, the Trojans face the Hermon Hawks (Hermon, ME) in a B North game, on Monday, January 29. Mount Desert Island will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Hawks enter the game with a 4-10 record after their 45-22 non-league win over Penquis Valley (Milo, ME).

With the defeat, Presque Isle moves to 8-8 on the year. The Wildcats host Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME) to face the Ponies in a B North game on Saturday, February 3. The Ponies enter the game with a record of 1-13.
