The New Life Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 35 points and restricted the visiting Mountain View Christian Academy Patriots to 15 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lions now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkersburg Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. New Life Christian Academy will battle a team coming off a 56-28 league loss to Mount Hope Christian Academy (Mount Hope, WV). The record now stands at 1-2.
The Patriots (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Victory Baptist Academy (Beaver, WV). The Saints come into the West Virginia Christian - AA contest with a 7-9 record.
