Richards Bulldogs (Oak Lawn, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL), 52-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Richards upgrades its record to 9-12 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL) to play the Mustangs in a South Suburban - Red bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Evergreen Park lost 63-24 in their recent non-league bout against Kankakee (Kankakee, IL)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Riverside-Brookfield will attempt to upgrade on its 13-13 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 7-18 record after their 62-57 league loss to Lyons (LaGrange, IL).
