St. Labre Indian Catholic Braves (Ashland, MT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Roundup Panthers (Roundup, MT), 49-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Labre Indian Catholic upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Braves travel to Huntley Project (Worden, MT) to play the Red Devils in a B District 3 challenge on Monday, January 29. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 11-0. Huntley Project won 75-57 in their recent league challenge against Lodge Grass (Lodge Grass, MT)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Columbus Cougars (Columbus, MT) in a B District 4 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Roundup will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 60-35 non-league win over Lodge Grass (Lodge Grass, MT).
