The Skyline Vikings basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Section Lions to 35 in the Vikings non-league victory on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pisgah for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Skyline will battle a Eagles team coming off a 59-50 non-league loss to Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 9-8.
The Lions (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Geraldine (Geraldine, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Geraldine prevailed over Crossville (Crossville, AL), 64-17, in a non-league contest.
