The St. Charles Fighting Saints basketball team (St. Charles, MN), was overwhelmed 70-40 in Saturday's league battle with the host Triton Cobras (Dodge Center, MN)
The Cobras now possess a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 1.
The Fighting Saints (0-18) will now prepare for their battle against LeRoy-Ostrander (LeRoy, MN). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 2-15 record. In their last battle, LeRoy-Ostrander was overwhelmed by Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN), 63-38, in a league battle.
