New Mexico High School Basketball - Sandia overwhelmed by Eldorado

The Eldorado Golden Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Sandia Matadors to 29 in the Golden Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Farmington for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Eldorado will battle a Scorpions team coming off a 43-37 non-league win over Sandia (Albuquerque, NM). The Scorpions record now stands at 8-7.
The Matadors (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Bears come into the non-league contest with a 5-3 record.
