James River HomeSchool Eagles (Chesterfield, VA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Loudoun County HomeSchool Patriots (Lovettsville, VA), 35-28 in a league bout.

With the victory, James River HomeSchool upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Guardian Christian Academy (Chesterfield, VA) to play the Royal Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, February 12. The Royal Knights come into the bout with a record of 2-7.
