Poland Knights (Poland, ME) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Old Orchard Beach Seagulls (Old Orchard Beach, ME), 53-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Poland upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Knights host Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Seagulls clash with the North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Old Orchard Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
