The Aspen Skiers ice hockey squad scored 5 points and restricted the visiting Durango Demons to 0 in the Skiers league victory on Saturday.
With the victory, Aspen moves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Skiers travel to Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO) to face the Eagles in a contest on Saturday, February 3. The Eagles go into the contest with a record of 1-6.
The Demons now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Battle Mountain for a contest on Thursday, February 1. Durango will face a Huskies squad coming off a 3-3 league Steamboat Springs (Steamboat Springs, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 5-3.
