The Union Knights/Damsels (Rimersburg, PA) basketball were winner over the host Allegheny-Clarion Valley Falcons (Foxburg, PA), 49-32 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Knights/Damsels now possess a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Cranberry Area for a Keystone Shortway bout on Wednesday, January 29. Union will play a Berries team coming off a 65-51 league win over North Clarion (Tionesta, PA). The Berries record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, Allegheny-Clarion Valley falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Falcons host Karns City (Karns City, PA) to play the Gremlins in a Keystone Shortway bout on Wednesday, January 29. The Gremlins go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Karns City lost 69-46 in their recent non-league bout against DuBois (DuBois, PA)
