Louisiana High School Basketball - St. James holds off Assumption

The St. James Wildcats basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Assumption Mustangs to 46 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now possess a 6-10 record. They play next when they host Hahnville for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28.
With the loss, Assumption falls to 5-23 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA) to confront the Gators in a 4A District 8 game on Tuesday, January 28. The Gators go into the game with a record of 12-14.
