The Augusta Panthers basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Bishop Brossart Mustangs to 70 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Panthers now have a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Mason County for a District 39 game on Wednesday, January 29. Augusta will confront a Royals team coming off a 82-42 non-league loss to Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY). The Royals record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Bishop Brossart falls to 10-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Scott (Covington, KY) to confront the Eagles in a District 37 game on Friday, January 31. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 7-12. Scott lost 69-34 in their recent non-league game against Conner (Hebron, KY)
