The Ledyard Colonels basketball team scored 92 points and limited the visiting Bacon Academy Bobcats to 54 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Monday.

The Colonels now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Griswold for a Eastern Connecticut I game on Wednesday, January 29. Ledyard will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 61-40 non-league loss to Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT). The Wolverines record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Bacon Academy falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Stonington (Stonington, CT) to confront the Bears in a Eastern Connecticut II game on Wednesday, January 29. The Bears go into the game with a record of 3-5.
