The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms (Blooming Prairie, MN) and the visiting Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights (Kenyon, MN), observed Blooming Prairie's basketball team knock off Kenyon-Wanamingo by a score of 63-47.
The Awesome Blossoms (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Randolph (Randolph, MN). The Rockets come into the non-league challenge with a 8-9 record.
In their next game, the Knights encounter the Schaeffer Academy Lions (Rochester, MN) in a A Section 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Kenyon-Wanamingo will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record.
