The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Caroline Cavaliers (Milford, VA) and the visiting King George Foxes (King George, VA), observed Caroline's basketball team overcome King George by a margin of 69-60.

The Cavaliers (6-7) will now prepare for their challenge against James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA). The Yellow Jackets come into the Battlefield challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, James Monroe dropped by Eastern View (Culpeper, VA), 81-65, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Foxes battle the Courtland Cougars (Spotsylvania, VA) in a Battlefield challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. King George will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 67-46 league win over Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA).
