The Cheney Tech Chargers (Manchester, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Vinal RVT Hawks (Middletown, CT), 75-48 in Monday's league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Vinal RVT for a Connecticut Technical - Central bout on Tuesday, January 28. Cheney Tech will play a Hawks team coming off a 80-57 non-league win over Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT). The Hawks record now stands at 10-4.
