In Monday's league contest, the host White Pigeon Chiefs basketball team scored a big 79-30 triumph over the Decatur Raiders.

The Chiefs (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Marcellus (Marcellus, MI). The Wildcats go into the Southwest 10 contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Marcellus smashed Comstock (Kalamazoo, MI), 57-51, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Cassopolis Rangers (Cassopolis, MI) in a Southwest 10 contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Decatur will attempt to better on its 0-12 season record. The Rangers go into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 56-53 non-league win over Lawton (Lawton, MI).
