The Dongola Demons basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Joppa-Maple Grove Rangers to 52 in the Demons league triumph on Monday.

The Demons now possess a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Agape Christian for a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. Dongola will confront a Knights team coming off a 63-26 league win over Cobden (Cobden, IL). The Knights record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, Joppa-Maple Grove falls to 1-20 on the campaign. The Rangers host Community Christian (Paducah, KY) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Friday, January 31. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 4-8. Community Christian lost 79-56 in their recent non-league game against Dawson Springs (Dawson Springs, KY)
