The St. Joseph Central Flyers basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host East Tartans to 30 in the Flyers league triumph on Monday.

The Flyers now have a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Glenwood for a Southern Ohio I game on Tuesday, January 28. St. Joseph Central will confront a Tigers team coming off a 66-41 non-league win over Fairview (Ashland, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, East falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Tartans host Green (Franklin Furnace, OH) to confront the Bobcats in a Southern Ohio I game on Tuesday, January 28. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 7-8. Green lost 44-27 in their recent non-league game against New Hope Christian Academy (Circleville, OH)
