The Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA) basketball were winner over the visiting Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA), 54-39 in Monday's league bout.

With the loss, Fluvanna County falls to 7-10 on the campaign. The Flying flucos travel to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA) to play the Warriors in a Jefferson bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Western Albemarle lost 59-53 in their recent league outing against Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA)
