The Ridgeview Wolfpack basketball squad (Clintwood, VA), was outscored 80-66 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Grundy Golden Wave (Grundy, VA)

With the victory, Grundy advances its record to 10-5 on the year. The Golden Wave travel to Twin Valley (Pilgrims Knob, VA) to meet the Panthers in a Black Diamond battle on Tuesday, January 28. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 3-10. Twin Valley lost 50-37 in their recent league battle against Hurley (Hurley, VA)

The Wolfpack now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Ridge for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 30. Ridgeview will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 74-40 non-league loss to Prestonsburg (Prestonsburg, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 6-9.
