The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Henrico Warriors (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Mechanicsville Mustangs (Mechanicsville, VA), observed Henrico's basketball team overwhelm Mechanicsville by a margin of 81-40.

The Warriors (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA). The Hawks come into the Capital challenge with a 9-5 record. In their last challenge, Hanover trounced Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA), 66-65, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA) in a Capital challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Mechanicsville will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 61-44 non-league win over Richmond City School of the Arts (Richmond, VA).
