Arizona High School Basketball - Highland Prep triumphant over Odyssey Institute

The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Highland Prep Honey Badgers (Surprise, AZ) and the host Odyssey Institute Minotaur (Buckeye, AZ), observed Highland Prep's basketball team overwhelm Odyssey Institute by a margin of 73-31.

The Honey Badgers (15-7) will now prepare for their challenge against River Valley (Mohave Valley, AZ). The Dust Devils come into the 3A West challenge with a 5-12 record. In their last challenge, River Valley was trounced by Tonopah Valley (Tonopah, AZ), 56-54, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Minotaur battle the ALA - West Foothills Guardians (Waddell, AZ) in a 3A West challenge, on Wednesday, January 29. Odyssey Institute will attempt to better on its 2-16 season record. The Guardians come into the challenge with a 6-13 record after their 106-78 league loss to Parker (Parker, AZ).
