New York High School Basketball - Westlake overwhelms Valhalla

The Westlake Wildcats basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Valhalla Vikings to 35 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Croton-Harmon for a Section 1 Conference 3D game on Tuesday, January 28. Westlake will confront a Tigers team coming off a 46-43 league loss to Pawling (Pawling, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 2-9.
With the loss, Valhalla falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Vikings host Pleasantville (Pleasantville, NY) to confront the Panthers in a Section 1 Conference 3A game on Friday, January 31. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 1-5.
