The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Somerville Highlanders (Somerville, MA) and the visiting Medford Mustangs (Medford, MA), observed Somerville's basketball team overwhelm Medford by a score of 42-20.

The Highlanders (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Lynn Classical was routed by Everett (Everett, MA), 39-30, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Boston Latin Wolfpack (Boston, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Medford will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record.
