The Basic Wolves basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Sunrise Mountain Miners to 34 in the Wolves league triumph on Monday.

The Wolves now have a 14-6 record. They play next when they host Del Sol for a 4A Desert game on Wednesday, January 29. Basic will confront a Dragons team coming off a 62-60 league loss to Foothill (Henderson, NV). The Dragons record now stands at 18-7.

With the loss, Sunrise Mountain falls to 8-14 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Canyon Springs (North Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Pioneers in a 4A Desert game on Tuesday, January 28. The Pioneers go into the game with a record of 11-9. Canyon Springs won 55-17 in their recent league game against Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV)
