Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Meyersdale succumbs to Blacklick Valley

January 27, 2025: Nanty Glo, PA 15943

In Monday's non-league test, the Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Meyersdale Red Raiders (Meyersdale, PA), by a final score of 61-49.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Northern Cambria Colts (Northern Cambria, PA) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 3. Blacklick Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 17-1 season record.

The Red Raiders (3-11) will now prepare for their test against Shade (Cairnbrook, PA). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 1-11 record. In their last test, Shade went down by Fannett Metal (Willow Hill, PA), 46-34, in a non-league test.
