The Cambridge Bobcats basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Meadowbrook Colts to 42 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bobcats now have a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Martins Ferry for a non-league game on Thursday, January 30. Cambridge will confront a Purple Riders team coming off a 51-42 non-league win over Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH). The Purple Riders record now stands at 12-5.

With the loss, Meadowbrook falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Colts host Crooksville (Crooksville, OH) to confront the Ceramics in a Muskingum Valley game on Tuesday, January 28. The Ceramics go into the game with a record of 5-12. Crooksville lost 50-29 in their recent league game against Tri-Valley (Dresden, OH)
