The Pioneers (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 1-11 record. In their last challenge, Ogemaw Heights was routed by Glenn (Bay City, MI), 58-15, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors encounter the Grant Tigers (Grant, MI) in a Central State challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Chippewa Hills will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 60-33 league win over Tri County Area (Howard City, MI).
