The Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA) basketball crushed the host Derry Trojans (Derry, PA), 51-25 in Monday's league bout.

The Golden Rams now possess a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Freeport for a WPIAL 4A 1 bout on Monday, February 3. Highlands will play a Yellowjackets team coming off a 31-26 league loss to Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-12.

With the loss, Derry falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Ligonier Valley (Ligonier, PA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Ligonier Valley lost 76-15 in their recent league bout against Greensburg Central Catholic (Greensburg, PA)
