The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Susquenita Blackhawks (Duncannon, PA) and the visiting Halifax Wildcats (Halifax, PA), observed Susquenita's basketball team overwhelm Halifax by a score of 56-33.

The Blackhawks (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Juniata (Mifflintown, PA). The Indians come into the Tri-Valley challenge with a 13-4 record. In their last challenge, Juniata trounced Greenwood (Millerstown, PA), 50-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Upper Dauphin Area Trojans (Elizabethville, PA) in a Tri-Valley challenge, on Thursday, January 30. Halifax will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 55-40 league win over Line Mountain (Herndon, PA).
