In Monday's league contest, the host Manhattan Christian Eagles basketball team scored a close 48-41 triumph over the White Sulphur Springs Hornets.
The Eagles (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Gardiner (Gardiner, MT). The Bruins go into the C District 12 contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Gardiner was tipped by West Yellowstone (Yellowstone, MT), 51-41, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hornets confront the Shields Valley Rebels (Clyde Park, MT) in a C District 12 contest, on Friday, January 31. White Sulphur Springs will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Rebels go into the contest with a 10-2 record after their 45-33 league win over Twin Bridges (Twin Bridges, MT).
