Ohio High School Basketball - Northridge nips Miami East

In Monday's league contest, the host Northridge Polar Bears basketball team scored a close 41-35 win over the Miami East Vikings.

The Polar Bears (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against Troy Christian (Troy, OH). The Eagles come into the Three Rivers contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Troy Christian edged Dayton Christian (Miamisburg, OH), 51-20, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH) in a Three Rivers contest, on Thursday, January 30. Miami East will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Pirates come into the contest with a 4-13 record after their 53-44 non-league loss to Hardin Northern (Dola, OH).
