The Thompson Tommies basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Oak Grove Lutheran Grovers to 61 in the Tommies non-league triumph on Monday.

The Tommies now have a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Four Winds/Minnewaukan for a A Region 2 game on Thursday, January 30.

With the loss, Oak Grove Lutheran falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Grovers travel to Lisbon (Lisbon, ND) to confront the Broncos in a A Region 1 game on Thursday, January 30. The Broncos go into the game with a record of 2-13. Lisbon lost 71-30 in their recent league game against Central Cass (Casselton, ND)
