Connecticut High School Basketball - Old Lyme beaten by Portland

The Portland Highlanders were victorious over the visiting Old Lyme Wildcats basketball squad by a final score of 42-29 in Monday's league outing.

Next, the Highlanders face the Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT) in a Shoreline outing, on Friday, January 31. Portland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record.

The Wildcats (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Wheeler (North Stonington, CT). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 4-0 record.
