In Monday's league contest, the visiting Rural Special Rebels basketball team scored a big 54-10 triumph over the Timbo Tigers.
The Rebels (23-4) will now prepare for their contest against Norfork (Norfork, AR). The Panthers go into the 1A Region 2 contest with a 12-12 record. In their last contest, Norfork smashed Calico Rock (Calico Rock, AR), 50-29, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Midland Mustangs (Pleasant Plains, AR) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 28. Timbo will attempt to better on its 5-21 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 0-13 record after their 80-40 league loss to Wonderview (Hattieville, AR).
