The Red Devils (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon Crest Academy (San Diego, CA). The Ravens come into the non-league challenge with a 2-15 record. In their last challenge, Canyon Crest Academy dropped by Vista (Vista, CA), 59-36, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Southwest SD Raiders (San Diego, CA) in a Pacific challenge, on Wednesday, January 29. San Ysidro will attempt to improve on its 3-16 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 78-32 non-league loss to High Tech SD (San Diego, CA).
