Louisiana High School Basketball - St. Charles Catholic routs Willow

In Monday's league contest, the host St. Charles Catholic Comets basketball team scored a big 53-24 win over the Willow Lions.
The Comets (14-10) will now prepare for their contest against Academy of Our Lady (Marrero, LA). The Penguins come into the 4A District 9 contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Academy of Our Lady was trounced by Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (Kenner, LA), 38-28, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Belle Chasse Cardinals (Belle Chasse, LA) in a 4A District 9 contest, on Thursday, January 30. Willow will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record.
