Montour Spartans (McKees Rocks, PA) fans exited the stadium happy Monday as they observed their ice hockey squad achieve victory over the visiting Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers (Johnstown, PA), 10-0 in a non-league game.

With the win, Montour improves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Spartans host Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a game on Monday, February 3. The Cavaliers enter the game with a record of 0-17. Kiski Area lost 12-0 in their recent league game against Meadville (Meadville, PA)

The Hilltoppers now sport a 6-22 record. They play next when they travel to Forest Hills for a game on Thursday, January 30.
