The Basic Wolves basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Green Valley Gators to 31 in the Wolves league triumph on Monday.

The Wolves now have a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Sunrise Mountain for a game on Thursday, January 30. Basic will confront a Miners team coming off a 89-54 league loss to Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV). The Miners record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Green Valley falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Gators host Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Crusaders in a game on Monday, February 3. The Crusaders go into the game with a record of 15-6. Faith Lutheran won 75-60 in their recent league game against Valley (Las Vegas, NV)
