The Eastside Spartans basketball squad (Coeburn, VA), lost 39-27 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Lee Generals (Jonesville, VA)
With the victory, Lee advances its record to 9-3 on the year. The Generals host Gate City (Gate City, VA) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league battle on Friday, January 31. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a record of 3-3.
The Spartans now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Castlewood for a non-league battle on Friday, February 14.
